Proven ability to provide quality, cost-effective IT support and management all while increasing end user productivity and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Has had full ownership of the IT realm including building infrastructure from the ground up, rolling out proactive security measures with the appropriate training, planning, managing, budgeting, and implementing all IT related projects & activities. Other areas of expertise relative to complete oversight are administering Windows Network and Active Directory, Exchange 365 online environment including Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, Windows 2012/2019 Servers, permissions, file shares, and group policies. Administering multi-factor authentications Forticlient Enterprise AV, Forticlient SSL VPN, and remote access for all end users. Has also managed and administered Virtual Infrastructure including VMware vSphere 6.5 console, vCenter Server, vMotion, Virtual Server creation and management, deployment of new Virtual Servers and Desktops, resource allocation and iSCSI volume connections. Has also dealt heavily with 3rd party vendors on numerous projects with infrastructure rebuilds and security measures relative to GAAP analysis for SOX requirements.
